The Minister of state for Petroleum Resources and Group Managing Director of the NNPC, Dr. Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu has said that the current fuel Scarcity being experienced nationwide will come to an end within the next Two weeks.

Nigeria has failed to qualify for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations after being defeated 1-0 in Egypt in their Group G match on Tuesday, 29th of March. With just one game remaining and only the group winners to qualify, Nigeria cannot make up the five point deficit to top their group.
Nigeria won the nations cup in 2013 but have since suffered back-to-back eliminations in qualifying.

Dr Tunji Braithwaite is dead. The elder statesman was aged 82. He reportedly died on Monday the 28th of March 2016 at the St. Nicholas Hospital, Lagos.
The founder of the Nigerian Advance Party, NAP was a delegate at the 2014 National Conference, canvassed for a Confederal Constitution to replace the 1999 Constitution.
