We came across this on nairaland. If the Nigerian police feel the need to chain their generator to the window at their station, we need not tell the citizens to ensure that theirs is double chained and sprayed with holy water!
The questions that needs answers include, who do the police expect to steal their generator? If a police station cannot have constant power supply and need to rely on a generator and also have to chain the said generator, what is the hope of the citizens and their properties that they are suppose to protect? Just asking!
