President Buhari is about to change the game for both men and women that find joy in looting, by agreeing to sanctions with fifty nine other world leaders that would curtail the dastardly act of public stealing.
Should President Buhari succeed in securing the sanctions by May 2016, we can say good-bye to the stashing of millions of dollars and pounds in secret accounts all across the world.
