The Lastma Official
When this Lagos State Transport Management Authority- LASTMA official left home in the wee hours of the morning, the only thing he envisaged beating him at his duty post was the torrential downpour.
It is alleged that men of the Nigerian Army took laws into their hands as they pounced on the LASTMA official who they claim did not give them priority by clearing the road for them to drive past.
Not cool!
