It was a beehive of protests at the National Assembly gate since 8.00am today, Tuesday as a pro-Saraki group which identified itself as Nigeria United for Progressive Change, called on the APC leadership to intervene in the trial of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT.
Meanwhile, a group of anti-Saraki protesters who have vowed to occupy the National Assembly for four days, and have been tagged 'Occupy NASS', were equally present to protest at the National Assembly demanding that the Senate President, Bukola Saraki tenders his resignation.
Both groups met at the entrance of the National Assembly and argued over who should stay at the entrance and who should leave.
